Abstract : The study aimed at: More research on the concept of positive flexibility, multiple meanings and dimensions, the perspective of the future time and the motivation of achievement and the detection of the correlation between the positive mental flexibility and the perspective of future time (motivation and knowledge) and achievement motivation among students of King Abdulaziz University. Also, to know the level of positive flexibility and motivation of achievement in the sample, and any dimensions of their perspective of the future time they have. The study used descriptive methodology. The study sample consisted of 300 female students from King Abdul Aziz University theoretical and practical colleges. They were randomly selected 18-25 years, divided into (150) scientific measure and (150) literary measure. The results of the study confirm that there is a positive correlation between the positive elasticity and the future perspective among the sample of the study. The correlation coefficient value is (0.05) and the mean level is (0.01). The study also showed a positive correlation between motivation for achievement in the study sample where the correlation coefficient (0.274) and the level of significance (0.01) and the positive positive relationship between motivation for achievement and the future Sample study, where Legate the value of the correlation coefficient (0.414) and the level of significance (0.01). The study recommended the need to include programs to develop the capacity of university students and faculty members on activities based on the objectives of achievement. And the need to prepare training courses to guide the members of the university faculty on the importance of their future perspective. And promote the educational practices and experiences of students and the role of positive flexibility in different areas of life.
